A Heartfelt Hello from Konni
Founder, Keeper, Maker, Mama

Beekeeping found me when I was rebuilding
my life.

Now I use it to help others do the same.

From Rock Bottom to Bee Rising

After a tough divorce and years of health struggles, I found myself searching for a fresh start and a sense of purpose. I never expected it would come in the form of thousands of tiny wings.

My first beehive came with more than just honey — it came with healing. Every time I opened the lid, the noise of the world quieted. The bees demanded my full presence and gave me back something I hadn’t felt in years: peace.

That’s where Three Bees Honey was born.

Not in a business plan — but in a backyard, a beekeeping suit, and a whisper from the universe saying.....

“Start here.”

What’s in a Name?

“Three Bees” represents me and my two children — the original hive.

But it also reflects the three signs that nudged me into this life.

It’s the number that kept appearing when I needed direction most.

Today, the three bees represent the three pillars of what we do:

Bee Well – Herbal-infused body products crafted with care from the hive to your skin.
Bee Wise – Beekeeping mentorship and education that turns curiosity into confidence.
Bee Connected – Community markets, partnerships, and programs that honor sustainability, healing, and heart.

More Than a Hive

This isn’t just about honey.
It’s about
hope, heritage, and healing.

I believe:
Honey is medicine.
 Beekeeping is a legacy.
Women heal when they reconnect with
nature — and themselves.

That’s why I created
Three Bees as more than a product line.

It’s a movement.

A way to reclaim wholeness through community, care, and connection to the earth.

Giving Back Through the Hive

My journey has brought me into libraries, schools, and partnerships with organizations like the United Relief Foundation, supporting veterans and PTSD recovery through beekeeping therapy.

Working with bees teaches emotional regulation, presence, and peace. It’s mindfulness in motion. That’s why I’m committed to using this work not just to sell products — but to serve people.

I dream of building a farm that doubles as a wellness + education center — complete with kids’ camps, grounding bee beds, pollinator gardens, and hands-on healing experiences.

This is my life’s work. And if you’re here, maybe it’s part of yours too.
