About the event
Join local Beekeeper Konni Vukelic of Three Bees and Kay Morrisroe of HospitaliTea for a one of kind interactive presentation.
60 minute presentation about bees and honey. Presentation will include an explanation of bees and how they impact us and the world at large. A brief overview of the lifespan of a bee, how honey is made and what a day in the life of a honeybee is like.
All ages are welcome.
Participants will learn how each of us is connected and how saving bees helps us all. They will gain understanding how we can all do small things that make a big impact. We will introduce and explain into the inherent wisdom found in the beehive from working together to having healthy habits.
We will discuss the benefits of bees, honey, different kinds of hives and growing bee friendly gardens.
